After dozens of phone calls with all airlines, airports, and lost and founds, nobody has information on my bag. After traveling to DTW (Detroit Airport), it’s clear that my bag is not in Detroit and Delta has no way to find my bag since I have no documentation on my bag’s travels

Hey! I’m not really sure how to go about this but I have no options left, and I’m hoping I can raise awareness for people in situations similar to mine. To start, I’d suggest to NEVER fly EasyJet. They have almost no customer service infrastructure and are complete unhelpful.

I flew from Milan Malpensa (MXP) to Barcelona El Prat (BCN) on May 22 with one checked bag. I watched the bag receive its baggage tag and proceeded on my flight. When I arrived in Barcelona, my bag was not there, and after waiting over an hour, I still had not seen my bag.

I’m no complainer and have been patiently waiting since May to do something like this. I’ve never had worse experience with any sort of company like this, nobody is helping me and thousands of dollars have been wasted in this effort. HELP ME. I have documents/screenshots
