@SouthwestAir After talking to someone on this portal on Friday when I experienced a 4+ hour delay and then had to use an Uber to get to my partners home
And then today after 30
Minutes on hold to be told that I need to apply for a “Luv” voucher.

I’m not feeling the LUV.
And regret my choice

Spoke to a customer service agent for @SouthwestAir
And after sitting for 30 minutes on hold
I have decided that I am likely never flying them again.
The “LUV” airlines were a disaster in getting me to my live this weekend, and I had to spend extra $$$$
And nothing.

I’m renaming @SouthwestAir to Delay West Airlines

Spent more time delayed in an airport this weekend because of them than in the air.

Meanwhile the aircraft is gonna land…. At a different time…
Wasn’t aware that Chicgao suddenly switched to EST from CDT…..

All I know is I better in my man’s bed before 3am

Lessons from tonight
If the drive is less than 8 hours
Drive because airlines are unreliable

Just because airplanes are taking off at your airport doesn’t mean the pilots flying your plane from another city feel comfortable flying.

Also the airline makes NO effort to

Get a different plane situated .
Especially when your delayed plane has the pilots for 3 other flights on board

So either I need to take early as hell flights from now on

@SouthwestAir flights are taking off
But not ours because they diverted my plane….
And there’s obviously no back up planes….

They made sure the Disney flight got off the ground.
If I had known it would be delayed this long I’d have driven.
Asked the gate agent about a refund and told me that I checked in, so I can’t get a refund @SouthwestAir
