@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this already and the case was closed when you provided me with my compensation. You then decided to take it away from us and charged us more the following month for an error at your end - appalling.

@SkyUK - Worst customer service on the planet. Problems are never ending. The latest issue was the ‘de-crediting’ of £275 valid credit we were given due to their inability to fulfil their contract. They lied about taking receipt of my old boxes and charged my account! @Ofcom
