Rest easy Captain Straight Edge! Spinning this extra loud for @XChadballX

Sending love to the entire @newfoundglory family - the boys, their families, friends and all the fans! This is a tough one to swallow. Rest in Pop-Punk Paradise mate!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@OC A worthy list. A few others you could add to the pile… they might not be singular words, but they’re great sayings that aren’t used as regularly anymore.

Dill pickle
Holy dooly
Pish posh
Gee wiz
Hoo roo
Poppycock
Rapscallion
Swings and roundabouts

[Jake @jakenayr]

@historyrock_ @JackBayside absolutely deserves to be on this list!

[Jake @jakenayr]

Yo @AnthonyGreen - stoked we’re getting a new record! Just ordered So Long, Avalon. Is this a reimagining? Super curious. Would love to see that tour make it to Australia too! Or maybe a @lsdunes @thursdayband co headliner! Big love mate!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@Yellowcard @joebradyphoto @williamryankey @smackinyc Killer show! I've missed you guys. Glad we sold it out! Better Days.... fffffaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrkkkkkkk. Big things on the horizon - can't wait!

[Jake @jakenayr]

Night 2 of 2 done and dusted with @aof_official in Brisbane. Eternally thankful to the lads for making these nights happen!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@BaysideBand You fellas are always welcome back anytime. Brisneyland could do with some more NY punk.

[Jake @jakenayr]

@shanetold loving Antibloom. Absolute career consistency for you and the boys - proud of you fellas! I’ve gotta question about Stress… was there any inspiration from early 2000s @limpbizkit ? There’s something about that bridge that has me thinking…

[Jake @jakenayr]

@MatthewAmmons Severely underrated record. Never understood the hate. Lyrically, it’s one of my favourites.

[Jake @jakenayr]

@codytriesstuff Fuck me mate, this needs to come with a warning. Do not watch on an empty stomach! Looks incredible!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@dinealonemusic Happy Birthday legends! @cityandcolour absolutely killed it in Brisbane last night! Seeing the lads rips us a new one with Bow Down to Love and then Dal work in Sadie’s No Ordinary Love into Sometimes… farrrkkkkkk! Incredible.

[Jake @jakenayr]

@shainblum Stunning mate!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@danderfield There’s only one answer to this. And it’s blink-182 Down.

[Jake @jakenayr]

@AnthonyGreen ‘s vocals on Paper Tigers is 10/10. Simply superb by the grandmaster of vocals! Violet is already shaping up as my number 1 release of 2025, and we’re only 3 singles deep!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@JBHiFi JB Perks Black Friday Early Access…

Do I win a prize?

[Jake @jakenayr]

@Coheed @PeripheryBand @Intervalsmusic @destroyalllines Your show at the Triff'd was unreal! Loved every second of it. Missed seeing you guys come every couple of years - thanks popping by!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@VelocityRecords @thursdayband Hey @VelocityRecords which Australian retailers are you stocking? Very keen to grab a copy of each but international shipping is bankrupting me!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@VDOOZER massive fan, first time writer. Got a question around S2E2 of Shrinking. What’s the deal with Sean and the costume dept.? He wants to distance himself completely from the military, but he’s sitting in the session with Paul wearing red camo. Intentional oxymoronic?

[Jake @jakenayr]

@dinealonemusic @cityandcolour Mizzy C is my jam!

[Jake @jakenayr]

@jayong28 @LEGO_Group Well done mate! Very much deserved!
