@csi_london Those geniuses arguing if this is mph or kph and still believe this is kph, just look at the lines coming into the frame, count them for a few seconds, find the standard length and separation and then do the math.
@CJSlattery True, the only problem is 90% of PMs are unqualified. They are not even PM by the PMI definition of a PM, they are more like project coordinators. Most lack basic soft skills.
@SenSanders Urbanizing on the direct path of a glacier hanging from a 5000m mountain was not a good idea. Climate change or not, glaciers eventually break off because of something called GRAVITY.
@InsaneReality All these injuries flare back when you start reaching your 60s. It may sound like that’s end of life anyway, but actually 60 is not that old, you will still be active well into your 80s so looking at 20+ years of pain for some BS videos no one will remember is DAF.
@GoetzItSold@aaron_renn Someone PLEASE explain this gentleman the difference between a nationwide platform for minute-resolution surveillance vs home security cameras 😣
@sibaburck@HHS12311 China and India generate most of the coal power which is the number one source of emissions by far, they account for 2/3 of the global coal consumption while South Africa obtains 80% of its power from coal. Eating plants in NYC won’t fix that.
@HanShawnity Flock cameras are a private, for profit mass surveillance platform. They are not individual devices, they are a nationwide network designed to track you down to the minute then make that data available for others to buy and use against you.
@ChrisGloninger@vatodamas777 Glaciers are not static, they are literally rivers of ice that grow, deform and accumulate stress. So even if temperatures remain stable, structural failure is unavoidable because it’s part of the lifecycle of a glacier, they eventually succumb to physics and gravity.
@NunovYurbizNoZ@fwrenzo1 Companies were a lot smaller too. There were no trillion companies now there are many, dozens of centibillion and thousands of decabillion companies. CEO total compensation is correlated with the size of the company because of the complexity of running such large organizations.
@fwrenzo1 If you don’t want to invest 20-30 years of your life as an overachiever taking crappy jobs, going to school, working overtime and weekends, kissing rears and dealing with office politics, then don’t cry about CEOs. The opportunity is there for all.
