@BestBuy They've ignored my subsequent emails and also an old-fashioned letter. So in sum: Best Buy are a bunch of lying thieves and I recommend you shop elsewhere. (4/4)
Back in October, I ordered a printer from @BestBuy. They delivered it to the wrong address. In a chat 2 days later confirming their mistake, I was offered a refund and asked for it. Some time later, I realized I'd never gotten it and got on another chat to ask for it. (1/4)
@BestBuy and they gave me a phone number to call. I spoke with someone there who promised I'd get my refund within 48 hours. Instead, I got another email denying it. So I called again and spoke with someone else who promised I'd get it. And again, I've never gotten it. (3/4)
@agraybee @TWLadyGrey Bernie’ statement pissed me off—claiming Dems ignored the working class after the most labor-supporting job-creating admin in decades. It seems like people wanted someone to blame for their problems more than they wanted solutions.
@PoliticoForYou Where is "uninspiring centrist does their best to tackle underlying social problems in the face of intransigent opposition" and "self-styled progressives refuse to acknowledge actual progress"?
@ArizonaPartisan @KamalaHQ The point is that up till about a year ago, GenZ home ownership outpaced others at the same age. You can make up a story for why, but that's the facts. I'm not worried about the scary stories they tell themselves. Anyway, you have a good night too.
@ArizonaPartisan @KamalaHQ You're talking about one, maybe 1.5 years of data, which also coincided with high interest rates. Sure, their line may never catch up; or interest rates may come down and they'll rebound./1
@ArizonaPartisan @KamalaHQ The lines are the % of home ownership at a particular age, not current purchasing power. From ages 18-22, a higher % of GenZ owned houses than any other. 22-24 they were still ahead of Millennials and Gen X. For the last year they're lower, but that's all.
@joerogan@elonmusk What's funny is that the "great and powerful" line is famous for being applied to a small man who used flashy technology to dupe the rubes.
@richardrahl1086@ErinBurnett@StephanieElam I had a fake ID when I was in college--the photo was right, but the info was wrong (made me old enough to go to a bar). I had to use scissors and glue, but I bet any young person could make you a fake "photo card" in minutes these days.
@theeinsteinss @KamalaHarris Where do you get this stuff? Crime is down, he busted the budget, and he's explicitly threatened free speech. He tried to prevent the Constitutional peaceful transfer of power. Support him if you want, but don't make up stories to justify it.
@SaltyGoat17@KamalaHarris That's not true. She locked them up for major charges with minor weed charges added on, like when the cop will give you a ticket for not wearing your seatbelt after pulling you over for speeding and causing an accident.
@KamalaHQLies Abortion was also the law of the land, for the same reason (SCOTUS decision). We saw how that went. One justicehas already said he wants to overturn the gay marriage decision. So no, it's not something that's "already a law"--this bill would have made it one.
