@Headteacherchat Lots of people saying it's too soon, however, just because this person is second year ECT there is no context of experience before. The headteacher can obviously see something in this person & they must have proved themselves good enough. Good luck, I hope you enjoy your new role
@Teaching_Miss_P So you should be buzzing. You're amazing and any school will be lucky to have you as a leader. A stronger Emma is an Emma not to be messed with that's for sure. You've always championed others and now it's time to champion you. I can't wait to celebrate your 1st headship.
Do you have experience in leading an office team? Are you looking for a new challenge in 2025? We would love for you to join our school community!

This is to help...
A. Coaches make better diagnoses
B. Teachers develop more expertise

No teacher should have to put up with this. Schools need better guidance, training, support and mechanisms to enable appropriate exclusion. We cannot wring our hands and commiserate, and then do nothing.
@poppygibsonuk@856Foundation I love that you have shared this @poppygibsonuk, Lee was someone I would see around town and everyone said you would never have known he was struggling so much. Let's hope more men will seek the help they need through this charity.
