@Iberia I simply want that someone is taking my 2 different complaints seriously and helping me to get at least part of my paid tickets reimbursed as I had to fly back home with a different airline as @Iberia let me know and doesn’t care at all. What information do you need?
@Iberia Worst airline and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Got stuck in Peru as change of flight was not valid - afterwards no support, communication or reimbursement of my paid tickets at all. I would not recommend @Iberia to ANYONE. Unprofessional and inept.
