My pnr no is EVPTS8, the total cost of journey was around 78000 from BOM to JFK and return as well.
The return flight got cancelled by airlines, the refund amount is only 16000. Not able to digest.

@MSEDCL I applied online for the name correction and attached my passport copy as well for the proof. I paid 130 INR but the application got rejected stating 'No Document'.
Tried connecting #CustomerService but no luck.
