@claudeai just changed default model to sonnet and default opus 4.7 context to 200k. wtf? Is it some sort of a bug with my account only? Haven't touched it at all

Unpopular opinion: subscriptions would not give any benefits within 1 year and their cost would be closer to actual token use.

so we should already treat tokens as costs for daily job and that's why we need proper agent management in companies.

So what needs to be done:

1.Remove claude native binary

rm -rf /Users/jamakase/.local/share/claude/versions

2. Install npm version ( i used pnpm )

pnpm add -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code

Ok, so far 1 prompt - 1%.

Not great - but taking into consideration that before it was 1 simple prompt on fresh session 7% - seems to work better. No sudden bursts that consume 10-20% of 5h limit

Unpopular opinion - future of software is in cloud. What’s the purpose to host on your pc or laptop?

I don’t need openclaw on pc.
I don’t need 512gb of ram.
I don’t need laptop.

All I need - sandbox with agents. That’s it.

Goal for this year - become keyboard and pc free.

@rabi_guha And the main twist here is that you don’t need saas anymore - just chat with files. What’s the purpose to store data in tables if on small amounts It’s just csv? CRM is just md files.

And ui for all that stuff you could build on the fly.

Github deleted leaked code of claude-code because of Anthropic's complaint according DMCA.

But what's the purpose of that? Nowadays AI could easily replicate almost any system. Code costs close to 0 - what is the purpose to keep it secret? That's why AgentArea is open

@dancherrington @superset_sh I believe not yet natively. It's possible to update snippet with which you start your cli's to start it on server - but not sure that code changes and tree view would work in that case.
