Today, we’re announcing that we’ve closed our Series C and raised $100M to continue automating the world’s most complex phone calls.
We grabbed some guy named Paul to talk about it because nobody else in the office wanted to. 🧵

In 2008, SpaceX was one failed launch from bankruptcy.
Three rockets gone. $100M burned. The fourth reached orbit — and changed spaceflight.
Next week it files the biggest IPO in history.
You couldn't take a position then. You can now. SpaceX, on Farao.
@d3h3d_@joalavedra@openfort_hq i see some miss-conceptions on how on-device signing works here. server side reconstruction vs on-device reconstruction doesn't change anything UI wise.
the core point here is how is the recovery share encrypted. this is what defines the UX.
stay vigilant!
social engineering attacks target reputable accounts to gather access tokens through third party tools. They use those as a beach head to lure you into fake groups and ultimately infect your machine.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been dealing with a serious impersonation incident involving my identity, my profiles, and @openfort_hq.
Attackers used my name and the company’s name to contact people through LinkedIn and Slack, including outreach that appeared to come directly from me. In some cases, they also created parallel Slack workspaces such as https://t.co/V0UG9TJEUC and used email addresses like [email protected] and telegram profiles like @thisisjoan to invite people into conversations that looked legitimate.
Based on what I know today, this appears to have involved unauthorized access to active sessions and misuse of my online identity. I want to be careful not to overstate the technical root cause publicly while the review is still ongoing, but the practical outcome was clear: people received messages, invites, and requests that appeared to come from me or Openfort when they did not.
As soon as I became aware of it, I took immediate action to revoke access, rotate credentials, clean affected systems, and regain control of the accounts and environments involved.
This has been frustrating on a personal level and damaging on a company level. It is not easy to see your own name and your company’s name used in screenshots tied to attacks you had nothing to do with.
A big thank you to everyone who reached out quickly and flagged suspicious messages. That made a real difference and helped us respond faster.
I just tried https://t.co/DDt1UWk4r0, made a wallet and I will probably build some stuff over the weekend. However, the login experience made me reflect on some things:
1. Account abstraction is actually as easy as the Paradigm bros were telling us.
2. Ethereum needs this ASAP. we can't wait for a bunch of wallets to slowly integrate this. strongly starting to believe that this needs to happen fast and waiting is increasingly a mistake.
