@Tesla has the absolute worst customer service on planet earth… seriously the worst. They never return calls or follow up. I wish I could be this shitty at my job and still have one. What’s the point of a tech support team if they actually never provide tech support.

I’ve already been through hell with them for the shoddy roofer they hired to reroof my house… and have the system removed and reinstalled 2x now.. the last install was horrible and the system has reporting issues now.
