A colleague bought airpods which don't fit her ears. Customer service have said they can't be returned or exchanged for a different type due to hygiene reasons. . . However they're also saying that she should have tried them on in store 🤔

@Aramex are easily the worst delivery service I've used.
I confirmed a specific pickup address.
Received a text when it was ready to pick up which was a different address to what was originally selected. I visited anyway to be told it had not actually arrived.

I finally receive consistent messages matching my preferred and selected pick up. To go there and be told that there is nothing there for me has left me very angry!

(Still without any answers or my item)

The following day I receive two messages saying the card is ready to collect. Both messages with different addresses.

Customer service was not helpful

@sonyxperia I've owned over a dozen Sony phones in the last decade and this will be the year I leave. Why does such a photography focused phone have no compatibility with DJI, Moment and dramatically reduced quality on social media apps (Snapchat and Instagram)😭
