Viendo el partido en un pub perdido en mitad de las Highlands, rodeado de escoceses de bien. Le pregunto a uno si quiere que pierda Inglaterra. Me responde: "Quiero que la isla se parta en dos y que el sur se hunda en el océano". #Valors
🚨🗣 Egypt's Coach Hossam Hassan couldn't control himself after full-time:
"I will say what's on my mind regardless of the consequence, this was clearly a rigged match and the whole world saw it"
"And I want to say one more thing, if they want them [Argentina] to win so bad, why call everyone to come and participate?"
“Because it’s perceived as American”? It IS American. And @FIFAcom went along with it. You lot can’t seem to go 20mins without an ad break.
Football is a game played across two halves of 45mins each way and has been for well over 100 years.
Leave the bloody game alone!
People losing their minds about a bit of sun.
Brits are legends when it comes to tolerating cold & rain outdoors. But we melt at the slightest hint of sun.
Relax. Enjoy it. It’s only summer. It doesn’t last too long here either.
"We've actually got to replace the people that are really running things."
Former UK PM Lizz Truss warns that a "blob" of unelected bureaucrats is running the UK from behind the scenes, above the level of prime minister.
She advocates dismantling the current system by building a movement to remove this unaccountable bureaucratic class.
"We have an elite in this country that believe in open borders. They believe in Net Zero. They believe in woke ideology like transgender ideology. They don't care what people think."
"We need to build a movement that is actually going to change not just the political layer in this country, but the entire bureaucratic class, the BBC, the mainstream media. It all needs to change."
In September 1990, my village in Valencia hit 46°C.
It was the exact kind of natural climate volatility this ancient planet has unleashed for billions of years.
Today, Valencia, Rome, and Athens are actually sitting well below their seasonal averages. Yet, the media is in a coordinated meltdown over a standard two-week warm patch in the UK, France, and Belgium.
As a geospatial engineer who wrote a thesis on climatology, I’m positioned better than many to talk about the topic, the entire narrative relies on a broken view of data systems.
The formula is simple: zoom in on a tiny slice of geography, filter out the cool regions that ruin the story, and label a hot afternoon a global catastrophe.
The funniest part is the sheer hubris of the solution.
We are told the Earth's massive climate system operates like a living room thermostat, that if humans just stop CO2 emissions, we can magically freeze the weather at our preferred temperature.
Pretending we can micromanage global macro-cycles with carbon taxes.
But as long as panic funds the machine, and people don’t think by themselves, they’ll keep selling the front-row tickets.
Why does the media give nonstop coverage to a 16-year-old reading from a script, but completely ignore a real climatologist with over 140 scientific papers who calls climate change a hoax? This is media manipulation. 😡🤡
