I think the steps are:
1) Complete a Shadowlink contract (basically a Recon)
2) It gives you the "Shadowlink satellite phone" which puts a Black Market buy station in your pocket (accessible anywhere)
3) Complete "Hit Lists" (see image) to level it up to Tier 3
4) Buy Foresight

This wording sounds like MW4 will just integrate into Warzone, rather than reset things like WZ2 did.

WZ will def move to the new MW4 client and will feel like MW4, but I wonder if skins/emotes/weapons from the previous 4 titles will carry forward? Surely not?

My opinion:
- field upgrades from MP often don't transfer to WZ at all
- I bet this one won't
- field upgrades are very easy to remove from ground loot (e.g. PDS) compared to weapons, so even if it's in WZ, it can/will be removed at any time

➡️ Basically no riot shield in WZ
