just redownloaded x because i heard this is where all the founders in nyc hang out.
didnt realize it was this easy to buy a blue check now. not like the old twitter days.
building top of funnel gtm agents and workflows. gtm at hover (built signal desk, an account signal agent that surfaces who to call and why). head of partnerships at chaser (college bar loyalty app, zero to one gtm) building chaser's gtm from scratch, a college bar loyalty play.
looking for the best people to follow in revops, gtm systems, ai workflows, and nyc founder/operator stuff. drop your recs or lets connect
On LinkedIn all I see is AI slop. On IG, TikTok, and now X all I see is AI slop.
Hate to say @Reddit is the only place I genuinely still see real posts and opinions from real people. I’m sick
First day as an Enterprise AE @gotolstoy . Stayed till 9 and was rewarded with this spread.
Building something new is exciting. Building it on a full stomach is even better.
@calvinluvsrice@PolymarketHoops Dude I’ve been saying. Makes no sense. Would’ve been fun to see the next gen grizz in the east the past couple of years
If anyone ever feels like they made an irresponsible purchase/financial decision I tell them at least they never bought a treylon burks jersey with their own money (I believed) :(
I thought NYC had a different timeline.
20s = figuring it out
30s = finally getting a grasp on life
40s = the new 20s
Then I got back on X and saw 21/22-year-olds building in tech, shipping products, and growing audiences while I’m 27 with “unc” status.
Didn’t even know buying a blue checkmark was that easy. I am washed.
It’s a lot of pressure to keep up, but inspiring too.
Any other late-starting “uncs” feeling behind?
Regardless of age, especially if you’re in NYC, what are you building/growing right now?
Would love to follow/support. Let’s connect.
And yes, this post is boosted. I just want to find friends that are pumped to work/build on Saturdays just as much as I am.
Just booked 12 meetings in the past 4 working days. All potential contracts over $40k. Love that the first skilled I learned when working in tech was cold calling. Even to this day it helps.
If you are a founder or trying to distribute, GET ON THE PHONES!!!
