@StephenKing Time for action. But let's make sure the action is meaningful and actually addresses the problem. I'm not sure any "responsible gun laws" are going to prevent this. This won't stop until we understand why our culture produces psychopaths so regularly.

@RichardHanania For instance, take people whose SSN ends with 3 and people whose SSN doesn't end with 3. The raw number of 3-on-non-3 violence should be equal to the raw number of non-3-on-3 violence. It doesn't matter that non-3s are 9x bigger.
