@ParcelHero Very disappointed customer here who can't seem to find any sort of customer support via your website. No email or phone number and you didn't organise the collection of my parcel. I contacted UPS and no collection had been arranged. Compensation? Refund?

Once the Edinburgh Fringe is finished my diary is a little empty for the rest of the year. Just a little shout out in case anyone needs an MD, Singing Teacher or Piano Accompanist for anything. I'm available for cover teaching, workshops, concerts, coaching sessions, ATS etc. TIA
She never once gave the investigation's email address which was posted to me on 21st March. After emailing investigations they appear to have resolved the issue. Any extra compensation for the hours I have wasted with this @UPS_UK
@UPS_UK finally paid my compensation today after losing my Grandparent's Xmas presents in December. It's taken 4 months. I can't believe how poor the customer service has been in trying to resolve this. See photos below.
Musical directors in the off west end/fringe work so god damn hard. They have to be supervisors, copyists, arrangers, orchestrators, vocal arrangers, dance arrangers, fixers, orchestral managers, vocal coaches, musical dramaturges, pianists and conductors. The whole music dept.
First day back on this. Rehearsing today and we open tomorrow evening. We're here all week! Come along and travel back to 1930s Berlin. #fabulett1933#fabulett@michaeltrauffer @ Drayton Arms Theatre https://t.co/DkxsyrQ1PA
