She never once gave the investigation's email address which was posted to me on 21st March. After emailing investigations they appear to have resolved the issue. Any extra compensation for the hours I have wasted with this @UPS_UK

@UPS_UK finally paid my compensation today after losing my Grandparent's Xmas presents in December. It's taken 4 months. I can't believe how poor the customer service has been in trying to resolve this. See photos below.
