Shabana Mahmood has CONDEMNED the Henry Nowak protests in Southampton, saying those responsible will be arrested.
Meanwhile, here she is on a pro-Palestine protest which turned violent and forced a supermarket to close.
She has since deleted this video. Please don't RT it.
🚨 This is from Paul Walsh a veteran and Father of "Far Right" rioter 👇🏼
"Just sat in Portsmouth magistrates court and watched my son plead guilty for throwing a traffic cone which was caught on camera from the disturbance at Southampton on Tuesday over the two tied policing and that poor boys death by the hands of the police .......
I don't condone violence towards the police but my son is only 21 and got caught up in the moment, he informs me it didn't even hit them just thrown towards there lines...
Firstly it was a kangaroo court, the solicitor informed me before entry that it will be the district Crown court judge that over seen the southport rioters court case presiding and with that he appeared on a big screen once my son came up from the cells...
Took his guilty plea then informed him by the video link with it being such a high profile case his guilty plea the sentencing guidelines where between 3-5 years for a guilty.
With that he said he's remanding him in to custody and he will be sentenced Wednesday morning at Southampton Crown court at 1000 in front of him personally now take him away 😳
If that's not two tied justice i don't know what is and that's a young 21 year old, white boy full time job never been in trouble before and dealt with that swiftly. 😳
And with those sentencing guidelines
Am still in shock 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤬🤬🤬 — feeling helpless."

This man doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Masterminded Tyson’s win over Klitschko, pretty much cracked the Usyk code all by himself, one of the greatest minds and people in boxing. Cannot say a bad word about the man
Today is a prime example of why people hate these matchroom ring events or whoever is doing it
So much talking and time in between events
How have these peeps been doing it for so long and not realized that running back to back fights is what fans want. These British accents talking about this and that bro come on….
I’ve been tuned in since 1pm and I still just here Tony belles talking about what he once did
There’s a reason mvp is on top
It’s easy to fix the economy:
Ditch net zero - save £50 billion per annum
Slash benefits for 3 million people not even looking for a job - save £30 billion a year
Eliminate benefits for foreigners - save £10 to £15 billion per annum
Mass deportation of all illegals migrants - save a minimum of £10 billion per annum
Sack half the civil service - save a minimum of £8 billion per annum
That’s over £100 billion per annum saving
Slash regulations on business.
Slash taxes on SMEs, working and middle classes, employment
Slash corporation tax
Stop cheap imported labour
And watch the UK sky rocket.
It’s obvious. Just do it!!!
After 18 months of “standing up to Putin” the Labour govt quietly issued a licence allowing imports of Russian oil refined in third countries.
Yesterday Labour MPs voted AGAINST UK oil and gas licences.
We are now importing from Russia instead of drilling in the North Sea.
Insane.
If there is one piece of advice I would give to Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, it’s to stop comparing themselves to others.
That’s one of the easiest ways to get frustrated in Jiu-Jitsu, because everyone has their own journey.
Maybe you train twice a week while the person you’re comparing yourself to trains twice a day. That’s not a fair comparison, and it will only lead to frustration.
Focus on your own journey and your own progress. And remember, progress doesn’t happen overnight. Most of the time, it happens in spikes, so you may go through long periods without feeling like you’re improving.
Stay consistent and just do what you gotta do.
The craziest part? When he started walking in 1998, Google was just a startup and social media didn't exist. He’s walked through the birth of the digital age. To stay focused on a single goal for 27 years while the entire world changed around him is the definition of legendary discipline.
