Really excited to share my article "Internet, go the f*ck to sleep!" — a slow web manifesto to reclaim our sanity and protect future generations from an internet that could destroy all we know about being human.

@streetsofboston I so agree. Remember how bored you could get as a kid? At times I felt time couldn't move any slower but it was essential and formative.
Can any family finish a meal out without a phone screen appearing? From my observations from holiday in Greece and Italy the answer is no. Someone remarked that meals are much longer there so it is the only way to keep kids occupied, this is a pile of shit IMO. #digitalpacifier
One issue that was clear was the multi-use nature of digital devices is a real issue in the attention economy. Having a camera, games, music, videos in one place is convenient but creates a constant focal point for distraction that most of us find irresistible.
@dada_drummer I listen to the music more on repeat when I download it because nothing auto plays after it. This results in me really connecting to the music and not just being swept away in the next thing (that I’ll likely never remember).
Recently I’ve produced sound for some really great projects with Manyone. One is a video showcasing Novo Nordisk’s new brand experience and digital strategy and the other is for Manyone’s new podcast, “Everything that’s next”.

If you know anyone who needs music for videos/presentations, podcasts, interface sounds, documentaries, retail & museum installations, event sound, or general sound branding advice you should reach out.
Check out this amazing note visualizer project from my old @intpd pal Guy DuPont. I make a cameo appearance playing synth to demonstrate the wireless component as the outro. Enjoy! #hackday#diy#opensource#musictheory

What a day! What an opening! We have dinosaurs, a giant flower, butterflies, a new shop, and a really nice museum cafe. So many good reasons to visit us @NHM_Denmark#tristanotto#fossilfriday#Copenhagen
Sadly the Corona realities have hit home here in Copenhagen and I will be leaving the good peeps at Manyone next month. If any of you know of any great opportunities for my skill set(s) it would be greatly appreciated if you reach out directly or share m…https://t.co/dUOzfdfWKq
