@WaltDisneyWorld at Typhoon Lagoon tried to get a treat for my daughter who has food allergies from Snack Shack. No allergy book so she can’t have a treat. The line took 20 mins for us to find this out at the register (the cast member coordinating the line said there was a book).

Received my @Barclaycard Reward card quickly this week after applying last weekend. Terrible time using the app and website to try to active that card. App activation wouldn't work without a PIN (not received) and website allowed me to register but not log in.
Finally got PIN by calling automated service so now into the app. In the app something in the centre of the Home page never loads (no idea what it is) and the app is a maze with multiple ways to get to same thing. Terrible service design. Can see why all the bad reviews.
