@WeAreMarmalade My daughter has left your insurance and we can't seem to get no claims proof from you - and the new insurer is threatening to cancel her policy because of it. I've called three times and still can't get it, can you please help??
@WeAreMarmalade Still no sign of a no claims form - 5 phone calls and an email and still the threat of cancellation from @RACcarinsurance (@TickerInsurance) - how hard can it possibly be to send a simple email?
My 20 month old, £230 oven's bottom element has failed. As it's over a year old - I'm on my own. Thanks @ao and @HotpointUK (!) - it's cheaper to get someone local to fix it than the manufacturer so I guess I'm just going to have to suck it up. Nice.

@McDonaldsUK I was in McDonald's in Grimsby yesterday and tried to order an espresso milkshake from the secret menu and was told it was out of stock - however, I could (and did) order a vanilla milkshake and an espresso separately) which was more expensive). Is this normal?

My train was cancelled yesterday and it seems that I can't claim a refund from @Hull_Trains because I bought it from @thetrainline but I can't claim from @thetrainline because I should have used the ticket on another @Hull_Trains train, even though there weren't any... Help!
@Hull_Trains@thetrainline I had no choice but to not travel with you as all the Hull Trains trains were cancelled yesterday evening - I had to buy another ticket. The Trainline app says that I can't claim and the I can't claim through Hull Trains.

Good news story - I left a shopping bag on a @GC_Rail train last month at Doncaster and it was handed in and I collected it at Bradford station a couple of days later - Thanks @GC_Rail for getting it back to me 😁
