@GramsciGordon Yeah I see what you mean. I’m just saying it has no real impact on whether or not the case can be thrown out. Legally this is the same as being arrested on the street and then a bystander starts trying to question you. It’s always better to just remain silent regardless

@punished_casa You guys need a lesson on the actual legal definition of entrapment. The fact that the decoy never sends the first message destroys the entrapment defense for virtually everyone who was caught on the show.

Wouldn’t have surprised me though. Innocent people usually don’t do what he did when police show up at your door.

That’s in addition to the illegal online chat he had that resulted in a warrant being signed by a judge in the first place
