@RepThomasMassie If you read the EO carefully it bans the burning of the flag to incite violence on federal property. The EO states that burning the flag to incite violence is tantamount to fighting words which is not protected free speech.

@AceDoloX1 @JDVance It actually is a huge win, 2241 relief on an expedited removal under 8 USC 1225(b) is severely limited and they only way to challenge the detention is prove by preponderance of the evidence that they are a lawful resident, asylee or refugee whose status has not been changed.
