@Ryanair awful customer experience having to walk 200/300m in the pouring rain to our late plan. Lots families with children. Surely even low cost airlines can do better?

@LNER It’s just more red tape in the way. The root of the issue is that it’s a all a pretty poor customer experience. Many retail businesses have worked out the value of their customers. What’s stopping @LNER focusing on customers?
@neildodd@AberUni How young you look. There’s a bigger birthday that will go unnoticed. 7th April marks 50 years since the first ieft rfc. I was woken up in July’69 aged 5 to watch the first moon landing. Many this year will focus on that and fail to see the standards that have changed the world.
@dcook_net It’s the coupling of tests to implementation specifics that I have a problem with. Tests are there to give confidence when refactoring. If you have to amend the test to make a change how do you know you haven’t introduced a bug?
@ScottishPower@ScottishPower twice this afternoon you called me back placed me in a queue and after 15 minutes you hung up on me. It seems like a pointless frustrating service. I spent 3 hours trying to contact you. I’m a new customer it doesn’t give a lot of confidence.
@ScottishPower what’s the point of a callback system if you call me back and then add me to a queue telling me you are experiencing high call volumes? I requested a call back so you could call me when you had time to deal with me.
