We have now been told they will not be replacing the key and we are out of the return period. Rear camera still not sorted. Customer service has been appalling throughout! Please avoid using them, they will say anything for a sale and once they have it they will abandon you!

Warning about @CazooUK lies! Picked up a car but it only had 1 of the 2 keys advertised, was told this would be replaced. Called before the 7 day return deadline to say they can take the car back as still no key and another issue with rear camera, was assured it would be sorted.

@QuinsFOTS The whole situation feels wrong, I’ve watched Quins lose their way and get relegated and come back and play scintillating rugby all involving @mikebrown_15. He should finish his career at Quins and deserves a heart felt send off at the Stoop playing his last game in the quarters.
