@MatriceJacobine@robertwiblin He was an employee at the company that created those games https://t.co/fSdY0jLkll - he didn't come up with them or name them. Those were all Peter Molyneux ideas and titles.
@ObePraisegod@SaysSimulation France is one of few nations to have sovereign capabilities here - Ariene Space (similarly in nuclear, defence manufacture etc)
@dvassallo Evolution is not working to a plan. It's the aggregate collection of numerous tiny improvements, and each tiny change has to be beneficial to the organism that has them. It has to go good > good, not good > bad > good. Vertebrate optic nerves are stuck in a local optima.
@alshakero@dvassallo Because you can't go back in time. We vertebrates are stuck in a local optima where the nerves are where they are. Other animals in which eyes evolved separately (e.g. the Octopus) do have the nerves behind the retina.
@lukOlejnik Probably not. Reports seem to suggest that fibre-cable is susceptible to breakage when interacting with significant bodies of water. Aggregate movement builds up to exceed breaking strain. This is an issue even over rivers: https://t.co/JSXeQWR0wM
6/ "We, on the other hand, generally can’t fly as far as Kherson. The problem with fibre-optic drones on the river is that the current breaks the fibre. Therefore, operating with fibre across the river is difficult for both sides."
@iannuttall I think it's downstream of the bug they had recently when e.g. mention of AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md were being turned into https://t.co/UFz5K7ORhy links in the text of the post
@SebAaltonen Have you seen @ProgramWithAi 's post on tool use/notation via DSLs and writing code? https://t.co/iso86VVtEv - I think it is hitting upon related ideas.
@_xjdr I found that the switch to Pi removed the pain I felt with Claude Code as a harness (assuming you're happy running YOLO mode always). Its extension framework meant that I could add back in any parts of CC I missed over time.
@VikranthJonna A mitigation could be, use a low powered laser to project your own pattern into the terrain - that way you get a 2nd signal beyond the raw terrain image?
@thesamparr From a place of love and wishing you success - that blob isn't London, and doesn't correspond to any recognised subdivision of England/UK - also that map is UK, not England. It gives the appearance you don't care, and I'm sure you do! Ask your London members their thoughts
