The ADR-031 discussion is in full force. The proposal asks whether THORChain and Rujira should continue operating as closely aligned partners, move toward a more limited relationship, or part ways entirely.

There are legitimate points to debate around revenue sharing, secured asset protection, protocol-owned liquidity and the proposed slip floor for the Virtualization Strategy. But some of the reactions have translated “alignment” into something closer to a hostile takeover.

The goal should be simple: evaluate the proposal on what it actually says, measure whether the combined system creates more users, liquidity and income, and revisit the parameters if the data shows otherwise.
