Just discovered that it's impossible to speak to a real human via the phone number for @Ticketmaster. I've emailed twice - no response. Purchased tickets to a show that got cancelled due to the pandemic. Never received a refund. Thanks TM. @TMFanSupport
@Ticketmaster How do I get a hold of customer service? The website has me in a loop with no way to email. I tried calling but was given a recorded message that hung up. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a hold of customer service.

@VinceSellersATX@JJPSoftware Agreed. Although, I've been sticking with v1.33 until this gets fixed as it's very annoying & distracting. It's a real bummer because the new features are very cool, but I'd rather have an older version that's fluid and smooth than a newer one that has flawed animations.

Extremely disappointed with @Xfinity. My internet connection went out yesterday & a tech came today & determined that a new line needed to be laid, but couldn't even give me an ETA. Now I'm out of work indefinitely, losing money with no idea when I'll be back up. @comcastcares
@NordVPN I was using my VPN about an hour ago without no problems at all, but now I'm unable to connect to any server now. The connection status just spins. I also installed the app on a new device (my laptop) and it's doing the same thing. Issue on your end?
@FedExHelp My package tracking has been changed to "pending" for the last 3 days. It was supposed to be delivered nearly a week ago and is only about 10 miles from where I live. When can I expect delivery or can I find out where it is and just pick it up? This is frustrating.
