@tamhodge If what you’re really trying to do is find someone who’s willing to fund your idea, you need to go to great lengths to protect yourself and you should get a lawyer that specializes in intellectual property and expect to pay $10,000 or so.

@tamhodge What you proposed will only prove you had the idea. Won’t protect your idea in any way. If you want to protect your idea you have multiple options: 1) patent it if it is patentable (I doubt a drink idea would be), 2) don’t share your idea (this is what Coca Cola does),
