Jordi, this is so incredibly thoughtful and means the world.
Thank you for taking the time to read Bitcoin is for Everyone and sharing it in such a special way. I loved the connection you made between our families’ stories and the lessons passed down to us.
I am so grateful for your support and looking forward to recording this week. 🙏🏼 @jvisserlabs
My Lord.
@JoeBiden, 83 years old, battling Stage 4 cancer that has spread to his bones, stood for HOURS alongside @DrBiden as the names of 9/11 victims were read.
Donald Trump fell asleep at the 9/11 event at the Pentagon.
One showed respect despite his pain. The other couldn't even stay awake.
Trump is an embarrassment to the nation and the office he holds.
Really says it all.
What happens when the market is no longer driven by humans?
This week’s video looks at two competing futures:
AI takes down the market through crowded positioning, momentum unwinds, vol-control deleveraging and quant tremors…or this past week
Or this is simply the painful transition or humans and ai agents merging fighting for alpha

Why rotation kept the broader market stable
What gold and silver were warning us about
Earnings blowouts beneath the volatility
Why crypto keeps grinding higher through the storm
And the key question: When does the unwind end?

Sir Demis Hassabis has a brand new article on the "Dawning of a New Age" and Frontier AI.
Demis has no doubt that major existential changes are coming to humanity.
He proposes a regulatory body similar to FINRA, with formalized standards to regulate frontier labs and frontier model development.
From the article:
"We will realise we were standing in the foothills of the singularity - nothing less than the dawning of a new age for humanity."
Well worth a read.
. @RaoulGMI explains why selling crypto has become completely irrational to him
"We know where the world is going. We kind of know where the market cap is going to be over time because it's following Metcalfe's Law. You could just draw the log regression channel. Why would you ever sell it?"
"It's the endless debasement of currency plus the agents, plus everything going on chain - why would you sell this?"
"This is humanity's pension plan."

“AND YOU STILL DARE TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH…”
Sasha Legerman: This is too accurate not to share.
This Australian’s response to Trump’s rant that “NATO does nothing for America” is absolutely devastating:
“Mate. You run a country where 600,000 homeless people will sleep on the streets tonight.
A country where 40% of adults can’t cover a $400 emergency without borrowing money.
A country where insulin costs more than a car payment, and people ration it just to stay alive.
A country where medical debt is the number one cause of bankruptcy.
A country where women die in hospital parking lots because doctors are too afraid of abortion laws to treat miscarriages.
You imprison more of your own citizens than any country on Earth.
More than China. More than Russia. More than North Korea.
In the land of the free, 2 million people sit in cages, and a quarter of them haven’t even been convicted of anything.
They’re simply too poor to afford bail.
Your life expectancy is declining. You’re the only developed nation where that’s happening.
Your infant mortality rate is worse than Cuba’s.
Your children practice active shooter drills between math and English classes while you sell defense stocks to your friends.
Your minimum wage hasn’t changed in 15 years.
Your teachers work two jobs, your veterans sleep under bridges, and you just spent a trillion dollars flattening a country that never attacked you.
And now a convicted criminal — found liable for sexual abuse, defending a pedophile, sleeping with a porn star, and running the biggest dumpster-fire campaign since the Taliban — is thanking you for yet another disaster.
And you call Greenland badly governed?
Greenland has universal healthcare. Free education. One of the lowest incarceration rates in the world.
Nobody there goes bankrupt because they got sick. Nobody dies in a waiting room because insurance refused treatment.
‘NATO wasn’t there when we needed them.’
When exactly was that, champ?
September 11?
Because NATO invoked Article 5 for the first and only time in history FOR YOU.
Soldiers from dozens of countries deployed, fought, bled, and died in Afghanistan FOR YOU.
Australia wasn’t even in NATO, and we still showed up. For twenty years.
And then you left at 2 a.m. without telling anyone and left everybody else to clean up the mess.
You don’t care that a great nation is being terrorized by your friend, and you haven’t shown it a single ounce of sympathy.
So maybe before calling other countries badly governed, take a look at your own backyard, you aluminum siding salesman with a spray tan.
The only thing badly managed in this picture is your damn mouth.
And you still dare to lecture the rest of the world?”
JORDI VISSER: THE FED IS TRAPPED
The market still thinks the Fed can just “raise rates again” if inflation comes back like they did back in 2022.
However, back then, annual interest expense on US debt was around $600 billion.
Now it’s on pace for roughly $1.4 trillion a year.
Every rate hike now would push the government closer and closer to owing $2 trillion a year in interest alone.
And just as inflation is starting to trend higher again, the geopolitical backdrop is considerably worse than when the Ukraine war was the only major flashpoint.
If Iran tensions drag on and oil breaks higher, the Fed faces a nightmare scenario:
Inflation keeps rising, energy prices continue going up, consumers can't keep up, and the debt is too high to swallow higher rates.
In 2022, the world still had surplus inventories to absorb the energy shock from Russia being cut off.
Today, oil reserves from around the world are being drawn down at rapid rates.
The Fed is no longer in a position to aggressively tighten without risking systemic consequences.
The AI buildout is real.
This is not an “AI bubble” call. The demand is there. The revenues are coming. The capex cycle is just getting started.
But the next phase may not look like the last one.
We are now seeing bottlenecks, supply stress, rising oil, higher rates, and there are signs of momentum breaks across sectors and the globe.
The stock market is pricing a smooth AI boom.
The physical world may have a different plan.
