@WilliamTurton Hm. Assuming you've already tried this, but Reddit seems to indicate that this could be a USB 3.0 port problem.

If you haven't already, I guess try going back to the first Install Windows screen and switching to a USB 2.0 port (probably the ones that aren't blue)

A lot of embarrassing "takes" about DC BEAD allocation today. Folks, it's fine: all states and territories get a minimum allocation of $100 million, and they can use it for many, many purposes after satisfying the unserved/underserved condition.
