@WilliamTurton Hm. Assuming you've already tried this, but Reddit seems to indicate that this could be a USB 3.0 port problem.
If you haven't already, I guess try going back to the first Install Windows screen and switching to a USB 2.0 port (probably the ones that aren't blue)

At the most, Blue could sell on the verified status and then keep people coming back with features but then it's not really anything but enhanced customer service...for what?
