@warkwarkwark @Anaes_Journal Of course a Melker may well not be required & I have personal experience of such a case. I would disagree however that supraglottic route or waking is always possible & therefore a Melker needs to be available. #FrontOfNeck

@elboghdadly @Anaes_Journal @dasairway I would wanted an anaesthetist WELL TRAINED for the CICO scenario with the RIGHT cannula in their hand & the RIGHT oxygen delivery device available. They MUST have a Melker device to convert the cannula & MUST also have a scalpel & a bougie in their back pocket #FrontOfNeck
