@smccarthy55 Or banks need to call in loans on these. Most rigs are not paid for I am sure. Banks/lenders likely own a great %. So, anyone staying involved in this will lose their equity.
Don’t you have to have a commercial license to operate a tractor trailer? And don’t you have to operate the vehicle in safe manner to keep your license? No trucker who has blockaded roads and highways shld keep their licenses.
Are most of these big rig trucks not with major bank loans? Time for the banks and lenders to step up and threaten to call in these loans. These are expensive assets not meant for this purpose… leverage that.
