You are impacting housing plans for 100,000 housing units right now by not saying no to jets. Say no to jets right now, Prime Minister Carney!! https://t.co/3Cv28KdSCF #cdnpoli#topoli
I actually would prefer to get Toronto roads to calm the f*$k down. I regularly watch cars race through intersections near missing kids & then roll down their windows and yell at them. That's not the city I want to live in. I'll pay a "time tax" to not kill someone.
This weekend showed what happens when the basics break down — closed roads, closed transit, and people stuck paying the price in lost time.
That’s the “time tax” Torontonians face every day — and it’s time City Hall starts planning better and delivering accountability.
This will roll back almost 20 years of climate progress in Toronto, and force municipalities to plan for a climate we don't have anymore. Hard to believe. Speak up here: https://t.co/JWbiMWHNBu https://t.co/9FVUHVBzvt
Happy to see City Council speaking out against a terrible move for Toronto's waterfront, green spaces, air quality, climate, housing, and quality of life downtown. #topoli
Our urban forests are irreplaceable! Trees bring shade, clean air, flood protection, climate & health benefits. City Council will be voting in March on a plan for stronger private trees protection.

🚍‼️The new TTC RapidTO bus lanes on Dufferin are great! Next they should be:
⬆️ extended north from Bloor to Eglinton
🚌 paired w/ frequent & reliable service
↔️ added to Finch, Lawrence, Jane & Steeles
✍🏾Sign @ttcriders petition to expand & improve them https://t.co/ybfU9KGYLy
while a bus lane may appear empty to a driver stuck in traffic, in reality, it moves passengers far more efficiently
and getting rid of bus lanes can actually worsen traffic by making buses less reliable and forcing more people to drive
I love the idea of this series from the @TorontoStar - imagine if every community had a common dining hall with free weekly meals? https://t.co/ubo1nBPJZ2
Um did other parents just receive a letter from Minister @PaulCalandra saying the province is setting up an office to be 'more responsive' to students/families, with all their contact information removed...#onpoli
9 in 10 Torontonians want our local government to protect us from climate change by making buildings greener and safer.

Last day to tell City Hall to fund environment & climate in the online survey!! Because not funding it would be.....spooky? 🦇🎃 https://t.co/T0viLq74IR
Toronto’s NIMBYs live on another planet than the rest of us.
This woman lives in Trinity-Bellwoods, one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the entire country specifically because of its vibrant small businesses and mixed urbanism.
Most normal people can only dream of living in this expensive neighbourhood.
90% of people react to the best slice of pizza in the city opening around the corner from them with a “this is awesome”.
But not this crank! Yet, Toronto Councillors decided to cater to the handful of miserable voices who look at local success and say “you know what, this sucks actually, we should have less of it”.
