This may be a long shot but I know how powerful the Twitter world can be. I’m profoundly deaf and have been out of work since 2009. Loads of barriers due to employers being unsure of taking deaf people on. Looking for data input jobs using computers. Retweets greatly appreciated

@alexdunsdon There are often brilliant people within large companies. The "dark matter" of organisations often kills their ideas. One size fits no one process, metrics that are inappropriate for innovation, IT limits, facilities concerns. They can all get in the way. Some manage however.
