@gruber Whenever I get a new iPhone and whatever transfer system I use, I am frustrated that all the music tracks from Apple Music that I have downloaded to the device do not automatically transfer. I have to manually redownload each album, one at a time. Am I missing something?

Help me get PayPal (UK)'s attention: My son was scammed using PayPal. The scammer asked him to send a product to a different address from his registered one, knowing it would leave my son with no redress when he claimed the product was undelivered. Be very careful!

@AskPayPal my son was recently the victim of a PayPal scam. Despite providing evidence, PayPal found in the criminal’s favour, due to a technicality. He feels very let down. As a long time user, I am disappointed too.
