@LNER trying to claim from my severe delay to the train service on Friday night between London and Leeds. However, having issue processing my claim as my ticket has now expired so I cannot get the train ticket code what can I do?

@LNER We were passed the area with the fault with the single system so still not very clear why our train had to be terminated early and told to change onto a train that was behind us. Why could I train not carry on to Leeds?

@LNER on the 19:01 from Stevenage to Leeds. Delayed due to a train fault and now stuck not moving due to a signal failure. Train line is now saying the train is cancelled. No update or announcement made to the passengers on bored. Are we expecting to get off at the next stop?
