@suchnerve 2 questions (I know this is an older post, only just now making this, sorry):
You say let it sit for AT LEAST a month, is there a period of time that is more efficacious ideally?
How effective would it be to, in addition to vanilla beans, add cinnamon sticks to infuse the sugar?
This is deeply emotional for us.🥹

@distortedsheen@imESAM The original tweet didn’t accurately represent the game. It’s not every frame. All of the backgrounds were hand painted and scanned in, while all the sprites were sewn with an embroidery machine, and scanned in as well
@suchnerve They are good people and want to be nice, but they would genuinely be happier if they didn’t have to be around me, and that spiral is much harder to pull out of every couple weeks
@suchnerve I thankfully don’t deal with the waves of hate, but also it feels like that would at least be easier to identify in the moment as abnormal and course correct. Instead I just get periods of such low self value or worth that I think people are only around me because (1/2)
@ClaireMax Latching onto a player or team for reason that usually only make sense to a child (i.e. this layer is really cool, or you like these jerseys, etc). You then decide to arbitrarily follow that team. The only real requirement is once you pick a team…that’s your team…forever.

@suchnerve “Oh they only talk to me because they are a good person, and are friendly to everyone. They at best tolerate me, and probably hate me.” yeah…
@themoderntimes_ There is no “correct” english language in terms of geographical dialect. It defaults to American most often because America’s 330 mil. citizens is the largest base of english speakers. The same way that something in Portuguese is usually deferred to Brazil rather than Portugal.
@Nicky_Bonez@Quietnthechaos Though it’s almost certainly not the case, the possibility that she had mistaken her own number for years, and was just perpetually confused as to why no one ever actually called is kind of amusing
@shrimplify@suchnerve The real question is how do you make yourself do thing you DO want to do without sitting idly for hours in a state of decision paralysis
@EvolvedPotatoe@KalebPrime The point of EULAs isn’t to be enforceable, it’s to create just enough of a roadblock to make someone expend resources to fight it, which is often prohibitive for a majority that would challenge them.
