@ImmigrationDept This is the worst department iterms of convenience , one can wait for even an year yet the passport is paid during application. They keep telling you 66 page booklets are not available .your staff takes advantage of the delay and that's where corruption and bribery takes place .

I applied for passport last year may , till today its still pending on those offices in the name of shortage of booklets , almost 9 months now and we paid for that service. Honestly someone is not serious in this docet .

@HKindikii @kipmurkomen Hon kidiki your state department of immigration, especially passports production is really punishing Kenyans. 6 ,7 , 8 months na pasport haijatoka .a service that we pay for . Deal with the mess at immigration please

@ImmigrationDept This guys only gives hope its now 6 months. Justice delayed is Justice denied. I feel offended when I know very well that I paid for that service

@ImmigrationDept @frankg254 There is too much delay in 34 pages pasport. Mine has taken 6 months now just giving us hopes yet we paid for the service.
