Rule needs to be changed to factor in strength of schedule. Designed for teams moving up that still play a FCS or DII schedule. It’s embarrassing for the NCAA that 18th ranked JMU has the chance to go undefeated and is not eligible for a NY6 bowl. Figure it out @CharlieBakerMA
