If I was a betting man I would say DTR have signficant resources and atleast x2-3 gold reserves still to be discovered. Unfortunately, I don’t see common sense prevailing

A full injunction or a 2 month shutdown would be catastrophic either way. Unfortunately, I don’t see the case being thrown out entirely. I hold 800,000+ shares and devastated

@WarriorforRight @Etftraderguy Have read between the lines and watching the judge last week. Would love to be proved wrong but she stated “if i were to provide a full injunction”. This is not a guaranteed win and the DoI proposing a 2 month shutdown should be more than enough evidence to see both narratives

@KEYSCANE @DOJEnergy @Dateline_DTR I listened in on the case as I have invested significantly in DTR. I didn’t like the overall sound and the judge did intemate an injunction. At this stage I am extremely concerned how things will develop. Either way this is going to cause major delays I suspect
