@NOWHelpTeam Tried both chromecast and the app on my tv. Randomly stops working but your server clearly still thinks I'm still watching so won't let me back in. So i miss ~10 mins of live action and have to watch on my phone.

@ShellEnergyHome I received an email this week saying my direct debit is increasing based on predicted use over 18 months. Why is my direct debit based on 18 months and not 12? This means you're predicting my usage based on 2 winters and 1 summer
