My big thing is charity shops should be banned from using Google Lens to price items at some deluded idea of market rate, and statutorily required to price them at fixed sums. They are getting cheap rent and no rates, and the price of that should be restoration of serendipity for customers. There is a reason they are closing down _en masse_ and it's a combination of greed and delusion. Sad and wrong.
