@amazon customer service is 👎🏻. My package was delivered EMPTY. Call to get it replaced. Told to call back the next day after 5pm. I call,now I’m told I can only get a refund & it’ll take 10 days to show in my account and I can reorder it myself. Why can’t you send a replacement?
