@NOW The iPhone app won’t let me play most episodes of Gangs of London. Do you know how I can fix this? The problem only started today.

@NOW Yes, on the web browser the episodes show up fine but the episodes that appear blanked out on my phone also won't play when the NowTV desktop app opens. The episodes which aren't blanked out on my phone play fine on the desktop version.

@NOW Wi-Fi. Although the episodes don’t show up regardless of whether I’m connected to 4G or Wi-Fi

@NOW No error messages on the phone. It simply won’t let me tap on them at all. I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but no joy. However If I try and play the Blanked out episodes on the desktop app I get an error message saying something went wrong.

@NOW I’ve checked at least 10 other shows and they all seem to be playable/downloadable. This seems to be the only show with this issue
