@DefenceAccomPol@PinnacleSF The piece of information that would make this clear for everyone is if you can confirm at what floor size a Type C property transitions to a Type V. I am assuming this is 116.5 Sq m as per the table but so far no one has been able to confirm this. Thanks for the help so far.
@DefenceAccomPol can you please confirm whether a 3 bed property with a floor size of 107 Sq M will be a Type C or Type V under the NAO?
I have already approach @PinnacleSF and the Accommodation Support Cell. Both have said it is the other departments responsibility to answer.
@DefenceAccomPol@PinnacleSF Thank you, my understanding from your response and reading the wider policy is that any Type V 3 bed property under 116.5 Sq m will change to Type C during the transition phase. I get the figure of 116.5 from the table in JSP 464.
Can you please confirm if this is correct?

I did contact the Accommodation Support Cell again, they were unable to answer and ended their email with “Further correspondence on this matter is not anticipated.” They have since stopped responding to my emails.
@HMRCcustomers@HMRCcustomers, still no closer to this being resolved. I was told someone would be in touch with me within 5 days on 13 July and no one has been in touch with me. I am unable to talk to anyone on the online chat as it keeps saying there is no one available. What do you advise?
@HMRCcustomers when will you process my repayment request? First requested on 7 Apr, many hours waiting on the phone and 2 complaints raised. I am yet to be able to actually communicate with a person, only automated responses received to date only. Extremely poor customer service

@clarrybeen @PinnacleSF@AmeySupport Some good news for once, I did receive 2 heaters yesterday evening. I just hope the engineer fixes the issue tomorrow as the 2 heaters are not enough to keep our whole property warm.
@PinnacleSF@AmeySupport any chance of some support with my boiler? Reported Saturday, the only appropriate engineer employed in the area is on leave therefore earliest appointment you have is Thursday. Was told I would have some electric heaters today, as always empty promises.
