My brother Jason Mitchell, son of a police officer, killed by LAPD officer Anthony Perez 6/11/02 on a routine traffic stop. Unarmed, raised his hand to the officer, begging for him not to shoot. Ruled within policy by then chief Bill Bratton. #lapd #billbratton #BlackLivesMatter
