🚨🔵| The real question isn’t whether Jackson is good enough. It’s whether he’ll accept this role.
Look at Jackson and tell me he isn’t top quality. His link up play adds so much to the team.
That pass against AC Milan to Cole was almost number 10 territory. It deserved an assist.
His finishing still needs work, but there is clearly a player there.
The bigger issue is his place in the pecking order.
If Alonso continues to favour Welbeck and Joao Pedro, can Jackson really accept being the third choice striker?
I’d still keep him over Emegha. But if Jackson wants to be the guy up front, the goals have to improve.
Would you keep Jackson or move him on?

In December 2016, I had an issue with Alai and had no interest in meeting him, even after he called me several times. At the time, I was still speaking to Dicksembe, and he began begging me to meet him.
He called repeatedly, pleaded with me and kept insisting that the meeting was important. I rejected him several times because I did not want anything to do with Alai, but Dicksembe would not stop begging until I finally agreed to meet him at Carnivore.
I went to Carnivore believing I was only meeting Dicksembe, the snitch who had begged so desperately for my time. When I arrived, boom, he had brought Alai with him without telling me.
I could have walked away, but I am an honourable man, so I sat down and listened.
They told me there was a deal on the table and that we could make about Ksh 2 million. I took over the negotiations and pushed the amount from Ksh 2 million to Ksh 8 million.
The actual meeting for the money later took place in Karen, where we were handed the Ksh 8 million in cash.
Since they had approached me expecting only Ksh 2 million, I initially thought of giving each of them Ksh 1 million. In the end, I gave Alai Ksh 2 million and Dicksembe Ksh 2 million in cash.
Dicksembe was so excited that all his milk teeth came out. His hands were shaking as he handled the money, and he kept asking me whether it was safe to carry that amount home. Even Alai was very shocked and kept telling him to cool down.
I was shocked by his panic because it was obvious he had never handled that kind of money before. This was the same man who had spent days begging me for a meeting, only to later leave Karen carrying Ksh 2 million in cash because of a deal I negotiated.
That is why I laugh when I see him and other government trolls attacking me today.
Many of these people have eaten through my name, entered rooms because of me and touched money they would never have seen without my influence.
The major problem is that they are uncreative, and don't know how to make even a shilling outside government.

Thirteen years.
That is how long Margaret Nyambura spent building a life in South Africa. She arrived in 2013 chasing opportunities, raised her family from afar, built businesses and believed she had finally found stability.
But that was cut short as she jetted back into the country on Wednesday, with nothing to show for close to a decade and a half out of the country.

Hon. Justin B. N. Muturi, EGH, who represented Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, the leader of the Wiper Democratic Party, noted that elections belong to the people of Kenya and must be planned in an open and transparent manner. He noted that the planning and development of the Strategic Plan 2024-2029 and Election Operation Plan (EOP) 2025-2027 needed continuous consultation with all stakeholders including political parties.
Democracy must never become captive to technology. Every stage of the electoral process must be transparent and audited. Public confidence can rise or fall based on how results are transmitted.

More than 40 years ago, I arrived in Chicago in search of an idea. I was a young man looking for purpose, who believed deeply in America, was inspired by the Civil Rights Movement, and wanted to be a part of something larger. The America I believed in was one where everyone has opportunity, everyone is seen, everyone belongs—because that was an America that had a place for me, too.
Irungu Kang’ata: Kalonzo is a good guy; he is diplomatic, he has a good calm mien. Matiang’i has a very good reputation; he is a good administrator, and his political acumen is evolving. Martha Karua is a human rights lawyer with a good reputation for being tenacious, but that ability to mobilize a certain region is still something we have to watch and see #JKLive
Day One, egg-man says that high level intelligence indicates that a Kalonzo-Sifuna ticket is a done deal within the joint opposition
Day Two, egg-man has high level intelligence showing that a Kalonzo-Matiangi ticket is the deal, and Sifuna "will be given Foreign Affairs".
Aren't they the ones who accused the same Sifuna of "selling the party to Wamunyoro?" Now they are presenting tickets that don't have Wamunyoro?
You can see that egg-man and his bosses are all worried about where Sifuna will end up. What they don't yet know is that the opposition will run one candidate and will send Ruto and his kleptocracy back to the village.
Now let's wait for egg-man's Day Three ticket. It must be Sifuna-Kangata with Kalonzo proposed as CS for Happiness.
Today in Wajir, during the launch of the Thematic Week ahead of this year’s Madaraka Day celebrations themed “Education, Skills and the Future,” I emphasized the need to invest in practical, industry-driven skills to prepare youth for a competitive global economy.
I called on stakeholders to work together in educating, skilling and empowering young people, while embracing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to formally recognize competencies acquired outside conventional classroom settings.
