@JFKairport been sitting on the ground at jfk on lx 023 for 3 hours, at least 2 of which have been completely without ac. With my 4 and 8 year old kids. This is a nightmare. It’s like a sauna. The crew is telling us it’s because jfk isn’t answering their calls. Help!!!!
